Financial concerns are a common problem in business and healthcare. According to Nibud, 21% of employees suffer from medium to serious payment problems - a situation that directly affects the employer and employee. Employees with financial problems experience stress, loss of concentration and more frequent absenteeism. This affects business operations, productivity and team dynamics.
Therefore we offer a personal intervention that helps employees to control their financial situation. This approach is aimed at sustainable solutions: not only eliminating debts, but teaching employees to deal with money again and take control themselves.
Progress
The intervention starts with an intake at a location of the employee's choice - at the office, at home or externally. The financial situation is mapped out and a personal improvement plan is drawn up.

Finalization and benefits
An employee who is financially stable performs better. The benefits are concrete: less absenteeism, higher concentration and productivity, better job security and less employee turnover. For the employee, it means a return to financial independence and less stress.
In addition, we offer training and workshops for managers and HR advisors under the title '365 days of financially fit employees' - for prevention and early signaling.
